Michael McCarthy is a first-year MS Aerospace Engineering student at Texas A&M University. Michael is a member of the SEAK Lab under Dr. Selva and the ASTRO Center under Dr. Chamitoff. Prior to graduate school, Michael received a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering also at Texas A&M University.
Michael has interests in space system design, modeling, and simulation along with machine learning applications in these areas. Michael is currently helping develop anomaly detection and treatment skills for Daphne, the versatile cognitive assistant.
