Seaker Knowledgebase

Here at the SEAK Lab, we encourage our members to share any notable, relevant papers they find while wading through the tides of academia. By compiling these papers in a Mendeley account, we can automate the generation of a reference graph (directed graph) by cross-checking the library for reference edges. Paper references are extracted for cross-checking using a pre-trained multi-layer, bidirectional LSTM developed by AllenAI (https://github.com/allenai/spv2). The knowledge graph itself is stored in a remote Neo4j database and can be explored through either the Neo4j browser or a separately hosted NeoDash dashboard.
